The apartment accommodates four guests on the third floor of a building without an elevator, with an entrance under Bologna’s porticoes. It has high ceilings with exposed beams and an entrance hallway with a closet and coat hanger.

The living area has a double sofa bed, coffee table, dresser, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom connects directly to the open-plan space and has a queen-size bed and access to a bathroom with a shower.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, boiler, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Local experiences can be arranged on request.

The central train station is less than 2 km away, and the airport is 20 minutes away by car. The city center is a limited-traffic zone; leaving the car in a parking facility and exploring the old town on foot is recommended.

Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
