The living room has a large sectional sofa and flatscreen TV. An eight-person dining table and kitchen-island barstools provide dining seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a private sauna. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin-over-full bunk beds. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request, subject to the maximum occupancy of four guests.

The maximum occupancy is four people, including infants and children; county occupancy limits are strictly enforced without exceptions. The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
