House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of eight are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog of 50 lbs or less is permitted for $250.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights and an end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional cleanings are at guests' expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued once the replacement reservation is paid in full. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and written notice is given at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 applies, subject to booking-agreement coverage details. The property may be shown to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Bay Beach is five minutes away. The home is not handicap accessible. Bedrooms are on the first and second floors, with another living area on the lower level. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, confirm pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability before booking; seasonal cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
