# Northwest Harbor Contemporary East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 2,700-square-foot home has a secluded backyard with a heated saltwater pool, a freestanding hot tub, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table seating six, a gas BBQ grill and a wood-burning fire pit. A front porch has rocking chairs, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. The great room has double-height ceilings, a gas-burning fireplace and glass sliders opening to the outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave and an island seating three; the adjacent dining table seats six. A first-floor den has a sleeper sofa, and the lower level has another living area and a pool table. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The first-floor primary suite has a king bed, walk-in closet space, direct pool-deck access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding soaking tub. A second first-floor bedroom has a double/full bed, with a hallway bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a queen bedroom, a double/full bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and separate tub. All four bedrooms and the additional sleeping area have air conditioning and streaming TV. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, confirm pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability before booking; seasonal cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The primary renter must be at least 25. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of eight are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog of 50 lbs or less is permitted for $250.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights and an end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional cleanings are at guests' expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued once the replacement reservation is paid in full. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and written notice is given at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 applies, subject to booking-agreement coverage details.
