# Northside Seclusion Sag Harbor, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The gated property has mature landscaping, high cathedral ceilings, a living room, a dining area with double glass doors, and an eat-in kitchen. Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor villages are easily accessible. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, and a separate office with a chaise lounge. The two main-floor bedrooms have two twin beds and one queen bed respectively; both have air conditioning, and the twin room has a standard closet. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a king. An open second-floor common area has a queen-size sleeping sofa, air conditioning and a television. There is also a main-floor full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a main-floor half bathroom. Outside are a private heated swimming pool, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, a barbecue, four lounge chairs, four cushioned chairs and two ottomans. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, heating, a washer and dryer are provided. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Smoking is not allowed. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
