The house

The two-level home has an upstairs open-plan living area opening onto a large north-facing sundeck, two bedrooms and a central bathroom. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, a second bathroom, polished concrete floors and a laundry. Outside are a timber deck, barbecue and garden with trees. The home includes a kitchen, dishwasher, indoor fireplace, television, hot water and smoke detector. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed.
