House rules
Maximum nighttime occupancy is 12. Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions of existing stays require the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays: October 27–December 17, 2026: 3 nights; December 18, 2026–January 2, 2027: 5 nights; January 3–31, 2027: 4 nights; February 1–April 17, 2027: 5 nights; April 18–May 30, 2027: 2 nights; May 31–September 6, 2027: 4 nights; September 7–December 17, 2027: 2 nights; December 18–31, 2027: 7 nights; January 1–31, 2028: 4 nights; February 1–March 31, 2028: 5 nights.
Getting there
Big Sky Resort is a five-minute drive away. Complimentary on-demand shuttle service offers front-door pickup through the Big Sky Connect app for access to the resort, shops and restaurants. Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Parking is limited to one included heated underground garage space.
