The home offers over 4,000 square feet of living space. Its open-concept living and dining area has hardwood floors, garden views and wide sliding doors that open fully onto a shaded wraparound lanai with outdoor dining and lounge seating. A large indoor dining table provides another place for meals.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and wood cabinetry. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker and toaster oven. A gas barbecue is available outside.

Tropical gardens surround the private lap-style pool, with loungers, shaded seating and an outdoor shower. There is a private yard, and beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided.

All four bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, garden view, balcony or deck, ceiling fan and space for a crib or pack and play. Bedrooms do not have air conditioning; ceiling fans are provided throughout the home. A pack and play, linens, washer and dryer are available. Entertainment includes television, satellite or cable service and a smart TV.

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles. The home has a private entrance, self check-in and check-out, and security cameras.
