The house

The renovated cottage has an open floor plan with wood floors, a covered mahogany front porch, a sitting room with a fireplace, and a family room with vaulted ceilings, a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV overlooking the backyard. The upstairs landing provides another living area with a TV and pull-out couch. The approximately 2,000-square-foot house has a ground-floor primary bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite bathroom, an upstairs queen bedroom and an upstairs bedroom with two twin beds.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning, TVs and closets. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination; the upstairs full bathroom has a shower.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. The indoor dining table seats six. A laundry room has a washer and dryer. Heating, hot water, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside are a deck, patio, gas and charcoal grilling facilities, an eight-person teak dining table, four poolside loungers, an outdoor sofa and a wood-burning fire pit. The backyard is fenced. Shared Southampton Shores facilities include tennis and basketball courts and a community marina. Tennis rackets and balls, a kayak, one adult bicycle, one child bicycle, six beach chairs, beach toys, towels and a beach umbrella are provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
