House rules
Reservations require approval before confirmation. Maximum occupancy is five; additional persons require express approval. Pets and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a cancelled stay is reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking. If it is not rebooked, the original stay may still be used provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. Pet approval or special uses may still require a deposit. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.
Getting there
Noyac Bay and Long Beach are a short drive away. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
