Upstairs and downstairs dining areas seat nine and six respectively. Two kitchen areas provide cooking facilities, utensils and appliances. The downstairs kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and electric stovetop, and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. The four bathrooms across the home include showers, toilets and bathtubs. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed. No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am, parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.
