The house

The apartment provides approximately 76 m² of usable space across the ground floor and lower ground floor for up to four guests. A separate entrance opens into an enclosed vestibule and a living room with a sofa, dining area, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine with milk frother, kettle and toaster. Both bedrooms are on the lower ground floor and have flat-screen TVs, storage and large illuminated light wells. The bathroom has a floor-level rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel warmer. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate storage room. The southwest-facing terrace overlooks greenery and has garden furniture and a hooded beach chair available approximately April–October. Heating, window privacy coverings, three TVs, a DVD player and a Blu-ray player are provided. Included services and supplies comprise bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, luggage service to and from the property, a water carafe and initial bathroom supplies.
