The house

Unit 8 accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, each with one queen bed, and has two bathrooms. River views extend towards Noosa Heads. The tiled open-plan living area has a Smart TV and sound-bar, and the balcony has an outdoor dining table. The bedrooms have hybrid flooring installed in February 2023.

The apartment has a full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, dining table and full laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are provided in each room; there is no air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available, but the internet is not suitable for working holidays.

The waterfront complex has a shared outdoor pool and a jetty for fishing and boating. Other advertised facilities include a BBQ grill, beach access, spa and DVD player. The Hilton Terrace riverfront has parkland and barbecues nearby, and Noosa Marina Harbour is a 10-minute stroll away.

Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The garage fits one car only and cannot accommodate vans or 4WD vehicles because a canoe is permanently stored in its roof area. There are also three visitor parking spaces onsite. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.
