House rules
Children aged five and under may share a room with their parents free of charge; breakfast for them is charged. Baby cots are available for RM35 per stay. Children aged six and above are counted as adults in reservations. The Sultan Suite accommodates up to five guests. Free cancellation is available up to seven days before arrival. Cancellation within seven days before arrival, or a no-show, incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Early arrival and late checkout depend on room availability; luggage may be left at the hotel. A mandatory Penang State Government hotel fee of RM2 per room per night is added to room bills. Foreign tourists are charged a mandatory tourism tax of RM10 per room per night. Applicable government taxes and fees are payable before departure.
Getting there
The hotel is in Penang’s heritage centre. Hotel parking is first-come, first-served; off-street parking is available for small charges.
