Nonno Fernando is a stone farmhouse dating roughly from the beginning of the 19th century. The renovation preserved the original layout, chestnut ceiling beams and Tuscan terracotta roofs and floors. The property has a main house, five annexes, a large garden and an exclusive-use pool.

The property is 3 km from the San Lorenzo exit, with 300 metres of gravel access road in good condition. Cortona is 9 km away, Camucia is 7 km away, and the Camucia-Cortona train station is 7 km away. Six uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.
