Nonno Fernando is a stone farmhouse dating roughly from the beginning of the 19th century. The renovation preserves the original layout, exposed chestnut beams, Tuscan terracotta floors and roofs, and three annexes around the main house. The property includes 18 hectares of parkland, a pool, outdoor dining areas and recreational facilities. When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site.

It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The property is about 9 km from Cortona, 10 km from Lake Trasimeno and 7 km from Camucia. Access includes 300 metres of gravel road in good condition. Six uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property. The pool is about 70 metres from the house.

When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Pets are allowed.
