The villa is 11 km from Ravenna's historic centre and 800 m from shops and restaurants in Santo Stefano. Lido di Classe is 16 km away, Cervia 19 km away and Milano Marittima 20 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The pool is reached by a gravel path approximately 25 m from the villa.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present.
