## About the house

The villa has an open-plan layout, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors on the upper story. Its second-floor balcony has panoramic mountain views spanning Namalokama and Bali Hai, with views of the Hihimanu ridge and Mamalahoa waterfall from the property. Two suites are on the entry floor, while the guest bedroom is on the top floor.

The primary suite has a king bed, television, ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and private lanai access. The second suite has a queen bed, television and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a tile shower.

A fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils and a dining area. A semi-private office with a printer/scanner sits outside the entry-floor bedrooms, beside a patio garden. Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, LED televisions, satellite or cable television, DVD player, stereo and Bluetooth speaker are provided. There is no air conditioning anywhere in the villa. Linens, towels, shampoo and essentials are included.

The private enclosed garage contains beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Community facilities include a shared pool, hot tub and barbecue area. Parking is free. The villa also has a private entrance, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.

Makai Golf Course is across the street. Princeville Center shops, cafés and markets are within walking distance; Hanalei Bay, Queen’s Bath and Kīlauea Lighthouse are a short drive away. A car is recommended for exploring Kauai’s North Shore. Children are welcome. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to stays of 10 nights or longer, with two mid-stay cleanings required for stays of 21 nights or longer; these charges are separate from departure cleaning.
