The furnished townhome has an upper-level great room with coffered ceilings, oversized windows, hardwood floors, a sectional and a dining table seating five. The kitchen includes granite counters, an oversized island, stainless appliances, a gas range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, toaster and Nespresso, drip and French press coffee options.

The Upper-Level Suite has a California king bed, a seating nook/home office, mountain and ocean views, and an ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The Garden Suite has a queen bed, a shaded private patio, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and separate shower. A twin daybed in the living area provides sleeping space for a fifth guest, with linens supplied. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and split air-conditioning; Guest Bedroom 2 also has a balcony/deck and garden and partial ocean views.

Split-zone air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV for streaming, satellite or cable TV, and a downstairs laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer are available. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler are provided. The home has a private entrance, self check-in/check-out, a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and outdoor lighting.

Community facilities include three heated pools with a lap option, a lava-rock spa, poolside BBQ stations with shaded seating and food preparation areas, and a three-quarter-mile lighted walking path past waterfalls and tropical landscaping. An on-site resident manager is available for local tips. Attached garage parking accommodates one car. Children are welcome, and stays require a minimum of 30 nights.

Living space is on the upper level, and the Garden Suite and laundry room are downstairs. Garage parking is limited to one car; overnight parking in guest stalls is prohibited.

Minimum stay: 30 nights. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Children are welcome. No overnight parking in guest stalls.
