The house

This remodeled modern plantation-style estate offers 7,711 sq ft of indoor–outdoor living, a double-staircase foyer, ocean-facing great room, multiple lounges and an expansive lanai. The main living area has a wraparound sofa, smart TV and fireplace. A separate family room has a smart TV, piano and guitars. The formal dining room seats eight.

The kitchen includes marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, wet bar and wine cooler, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender and rice cooker. Outside are a private oceanfront pool, spa, tropical garden, private yard, chaise seating with umbrellas, grill, and a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area seating eight.

Four bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private ocean-view lanai and an ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, ocean-view lanai and an ensuite with dual vanity and shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a desk with computer and an ensuite walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 4 has a double bed, desk with computer, garden views and an ensuite walk-in shower. The downstairs fifth bedroom has a queen bed, garden views and an ensuite walk-in shower.

A wellness room provides fitness equipment, weights, a yoga area, mini-fridge, TV, split air conditioning and ceiling fans. An upstairs office has a TV and central air conditioning. Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, garage and free parking, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.

The estate is between Diamond Head and Koko Head. Niu Beach and Kawaikui Beach Park are within walking distance, with dining options along the shoreline. Diamond Head State Monument, Kahala Mall and Waikīkī are a short drive away.
