The 4,000-square-foot villa has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, and down comforters and pillows. Outdoor spaces include a sun deck, balcony, patio/deck, a two-tier infinity-edge pool and indoor/outdoor dining areas. A fully equipped kitchen, full-time staff, a personal chef and included daily maid service are available. The chef serves fresh fruit daily, with fresh seafood upon request, cocktails and snacks. The kitchen and bar are fully stocked. Additional amenities include a barbecue grill, tiled floors, a stereo system, CD player and DVD player.
