House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Outside food is permitted and incurs a ₹2,000 cleaning charge. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours; guests must keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require the home owner's approval and may involve a refundable deposit and additional charges. Extra guests are subject to the stated room capacity of two guests plus one extra guest per room.
Getting there
The villa is in Alibaug, Maharashtra, amid paddy fields. It is reached by private car or taxi; public-transport options listed are State Transport buses, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus railway station and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
