House rules
Smoking and alcohol are allowed. The home is child friendly and pets are allowed subject to a pet contract. Guests cannot access the kitchen, except that mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. One extra mattress can be arranged onsite. The maximum overnight capacity is 6 people. Early check-in and late check-out require advance notice and incur additional charges.
