The house

The recently renovated house has bright interiors, wrought-iron balconies and a private terrace with a dining table and barbecue. Two floors are connected by an internal staircase.

The ground floor contains a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and large French doors facing the street, a queen-bedroom with balconies overlooking a quiet residential street, a single-bedroom and a bathroom. The lower level contains a second living area, another queen-bedroom and an additional bathroom.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are available.

The residential neighborhood is accessible by car and has free street parking, nearby pharmacies and small neighborhood shops. Catania airport is one hour away by car, and Noto train station is less than ten minutes’ drive away.
