The house

The apartment occupies the second floor of a UNESCO-listed 19th-century stone building, with no elevator. Guests have access to the entire accommodation. The living room has two sofas and a dining area; the bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Three balconies overlook the quays.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster and coffee machine. Heating, a hair dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat, along with a laptop-friendly workspace. One free, covered, secure parking space measures 1.80 m wide by 4.40 m long; parking facilities include gated access and a security camera.

A welcome pack contains a sponge, a coffee pod, a bin bag, toilet paper, an individual soap sachet and a dishwasher tablet. Professional cleaning takes place before and after each stay. Keys are handed over by a reception agent, and departure is self-checkout.

Place des Chartrons is 10 minutes away and Rue Notre Dame is 5 minutes away. The Chartrons market takes place on the quays in front of the apartment every Sunday until 15:30. Additional services offered include luggage storage, a private driver, children’s equipment and activities.
