The Spanish/Mexican-themed villa has tropical gardens, tiled floors, and an open living and entertainment area beneath a 10-metre teak-beamed roof, furnished with colonial sofas, hammocks and stucco benches. The bar and dining area overlook the private pool and mosaic-tiled patio. The fully equipped kitchen has an island, modern appliances and an ocean-view terrace. The air-conditioned media room has a home theatre system and satellite receiver. All six bedrooms have air conditioning, a fridge and satellite TV. Two bedrooms form the master suite, which has a king-sized bed, ocean views and a spacious bathroom with Mexican tiles and a Jacuzzi tub. Four separate guest rooms sleep four, three, two and two people respectively.
