The property has direct pedestrian access to the private beach, and vehicles are not permitted on the beach. At particularly high tides, approximately one to two times each month, the access road may be covered with seawater for a short period around midday and midnight. Kaiteriteri Beach is 1.1 km away and the Abel Tasman Track is 3.7 km away; these are straight-line distances.

Maximum occupancy is six guests and visitors are not permitted. A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Parties, events and venue use are not permitted. No smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. Please conserve water because the property uses tank water, especially during the drier summer months. A highchair and portacot are available.
