## About the house

The apartment is on a raised floor. Its living area has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, and opens onto a small furnished terrace overlooking the garden and beach. One bedroom has a queen-size bed; the other has a bunk bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, and a hairdryer is provided.

The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, toaster and kettle. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, two portable fans, heating and mosquito netting.

Pets weighing less than 20 kg are welcome on request. Local experiences can be arranged on request. Nice Airport is one hour away by car, Genoa Airport is two hours away by car, and Sanremo train station is 20 minutes away by car.

Check-in is from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
