The sleeping configuration is one queen, one king, one twin/single and two double/full beds. Bathroom facilities comprise three full bathrooms, one half bathroom and an outdoor shower. The fully equipped country kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a butcher-block island, stone tiles and an eat-in area with a long wooden table beneath exposed beams. There is also a separate dining room. Two parlor living spaces have slip-covered couches, with a flat-screen TV and books in one. The pool house provides another gathering space with wood paneling, exposed beams, a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom and a kitchenette. The landscaped private backyard contains a private heated gunite pool and outdoor dining beneath a vine-covered pergola. A patio and outdoor grill are available.
