The flat is arranged across several floors. The ground-floor bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower; there is an additional WC on the second floor.

The second-floor living area has two sofas, a TV and large windows. The larger sofa converts into a king-size sofa bed. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, has a double bed, wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtains, a bedside lamp and a desk. The top-floor master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, additional storage rack and a desk. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided.
