The cottage has an entrance hallway with a newly fitted bathroom featuring a large rainfall shower. The open-plan kitchen and living area receives natural light through a ceiling skylight and a glass door opening onto the private rear patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes and silverware; the living area has a flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The bedroom at the rear has a large double bed, with a utility and storage area just off it for luggage and essentials. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels, room-darkening shades, hot water and shampoo are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Trams run every 5–10 minutes during peak hours, with southbound services toward Dundrum, Sandyford and Brides Glen, and northbound services toward St. Stephen’s Green, O’Connell Street and Broombridge. Travel to Dublin Airport by bus or a LUAS and Aircoach combination takes approximately 45–60 minutes.
