House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee per stay. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Longer stays are allowed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Before departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return furniture to its original position, take rubbish to the appropriate bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Return of recovered items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees; retrieval is not guaranteed.
Getting there
The nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Perth Airport is 25 minutes away by car. Westfield Carousel and Perth Zoo are a short drive away. Parking is limited to one private onsite space.
