The top level has an ocean-view great room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, kitchen bar seating and a sun deck with outdoor dining. Its king ensuite has deck access, a standing shower and a whirlpool tub; a separate half bathroom serves this level. The Currituck Beach Lighthouse is visible in the opposite direction at night. The middle level has two king ensuites with standing showers and deck access, plus a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The king bedroom also has deck access. Laundry facilities and a deck hot tub are on this level. The ground level has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar. The garage has foosball and a full-size refrigerator. An elevator serves the home. Outdoor features include a private gated pool, a patio with a built-in gas grill and dining area, a landscaped cornhole area, outdoor shower, mature landscaping and seating on all three levels. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, cable TV and multiple Smart TVs are provided.
