The 250 sqm townhouse is spread over five floors. The living room has plum velvet sofas, deep blue walls and an ornamental fireplace. A spacious kitchen with a range cooker connects the stay with a separate dining room. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer.

The primary bedroom has a super king-size bed and an ensuite with a freestanding bathtub and shuttered windows. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite. The third has a double bed and access to a bathroom with a deep soaking tub and marble accents. All three bedrooms face the rear of the house. A private walled garden and terrace provide outdoor dining space.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom between May and September and can be requested outside that period. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, television, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. The television pictured in the third bedroom is not in use. Free internet is available.

The nearest Underground station is just over a ten-minute walk away, and Tower Bridge is less than a 30-minute walk away. Some traffic noise can be heard indoors. Parking can be requested and pre-arranged subject to availability. Internal cameras are not live; an external CCTV camera at the rear faces the parking space.
