The house

Net Itüüs occupies approximately 193 m² across the ground, lower and upper floors. The ground floor has a living and dining area with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, Sonos speaker and an open kitchen. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The living area opens onto a private garden and furnished terrace with a beach chair available April–October. Two lower-floor double bedrooms each have an adjoining shower room; one of these bathrooms contains the private sauna. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a large-single bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. There are four shower bathrooms and an additional ground-floor guest toilet. A washing machine, dryer, heating, hairdryer and heated towel rails are available. Bed linen, towels, initial bathroom supplies, NATURE toiletries and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests receive free use of public transport on Sylt through Sylt Go!.
