The house has timber floors throughout, an air-conditioned living area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a dining area with a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, upright stove, oven and dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the third has an additional flat-screen TV. There is a main bathroom and an ensuite with showers. The internal laundry has a washer but no dryer.
Free parking includes a single lock-up garage and an additional off-street space. The yard is fully fenced. Bed linen packs and towels are provided; contact the office to arrange bed-making. Smoke detectors are installed. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.
Nelson Bay's shops, cafes, restaurants, marina and Nelson Bay Beach are 500 metres away. Dutchies Beach is less than one kilometre away.
