House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. Minimum-night requirements vary by stay dates and may become more lenient for last-minute bookings. Optional pool heating costs $35.00 per day for the entire reservation and is unavailable in January and February. The spa area is for seating only, without jets. For bookings made 61 or more days before arrival, 15% is due at booking; for 31–60 days before arrival, 50% is due; within 30 days, 100% is due. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of advance payments less a $175 cancellation fee plus tax. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Getting there
The main living areas are on the second floor. Stairs lead from the back deck to the backyard. The beach is four blocks away by walking or cycling. Driveway parking is limited to four cars.
