The estate has 19 ensuite bedrooms, multiple living and dining areas, four private infinity pools, four outdoor jacuzzis, three fully equipped kitchens and an additional kitchen. Outdoor facilities include sun loungers, umbrellas, lounge and dining areas, two BBQs, an outdoor shower, two fireplaces and an indoor/outdoor audio system. Indoor facilities include a home cinema, gym, flat-screen, smart and satellite TVs, sound-proofing and underfloor heating for winter accommodation. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, espresso and coffee machines, kettle, toaster, blender and wine cooler. Bedrooms have closets, anti-allergic bedding, hairdryers and safes. Bath amenities, bath and pool towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. A baby cot is available on request. Other facilities include a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, power generator, iron and ironing board. The estate is gated and has CCTV and an alarm system. Live-in staff are advertised. Daily housekeeping, twice-weekly linen changes and a welcome drink are included.
