Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Free parking is available onsite in a covered parking area.
Is outside food allowed, and can guests cook?
Guests cannot access the kitchen. Mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. The caretaker can help with menus from nearby restaurants.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Are film, photo, or advertisement shoots allowed?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to the homeowner's approval. Pool access for an event is also subject to approval, and a refundable deposit or additional charges may apply.
