The house

The 90 m² apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. Its 6 m² terrace overlooks the street and residential complex. The sitting-dining room has a television with local channels. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two with two single beds each. A second bathroom also has a bathtub. Equipment includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, two electric radiators and three fans. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Shared facilities include a 15 × 10 m chlorinated swimming pool, a separate children's pool and a tennis court; bring your own tennis equipment. The pools normally open from Easter Week to the end of September, with daily hours of 09:00–15:00 and 17:00–22:00. Seasonal dates can change without notice under community regulations.

Playa de Gandía is 0.35 km away and offers parasol and sunbed rental, beach volleyball and water sports. The seafront and port have bars, restaurants and ice-cream shops. Gandía's old town has the Ducal Palace, City Council building and Santa Clara convent.
