The house has a private garden with lawns and shade trees, porches, a furnished terrace and a fixed barbecue.

On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area connects to a fully fitted induction kitchen. The living room has air conditioning, a Smart TV and satellite channels. There is also a guest toilet.

The first floor has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning, plus a bedroom with a trundle bed.
