The house

Nautica Vanilla and Nautica Blue are two modern, newly built maisonettes in Nea Kallikratia, Halkidiki, near the Aegean Sea. Each is spread over two levels and sleeps 4 adults plus 2, with an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and a children's room, two bathrooms and two air conditioners. Large private terraces are made for sunny days and sunset dinners, and there is private parking. Vanilla is styled in soft cream tones; Blue in coastal Aegean hues.
