House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are strictly prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
The beach is a two-minute walk away. Lorne town centre is within a brisk 15-minute flat walk, with an ocean walk passing rock pools, beach and native vegetation. The home spans three levels with stairs to the upper living area. Parking is limited to two car spaces.
