## About the house

Nautica accommodates up to 10 guests in four first-floor bedrooms, two with balconies. The ground floor has a second living/rumpus room and a powder room. The first floor includes a double bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and access to a fully fenced rear yard. Upstairs are an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, an open fireplace, a sunroom, and front and rear balconies. The home has five decks, timber-floored living spaces and carpeted bedrooms. Ocean views extend from the Great Ocean Road and Split Point Lighthouse to Lorne Pier and the Surf Life Saving Club. Facilities include a BBQ, outdoor furniture, heating, hot water, TV, sound system, smoke detector, iron, dryer and bed linen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle and Nespresso pod coffee machine. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2, and is professionally managed with local 24/7 support.

Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are strictly prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
