House rules
Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Checkout is at 11:00 AM, and unauthorized late checkout may incur an additional fee. Power and water outages can occur; during power outages, limit high-draw appliances. Weather-related cancellations are not refunded, though rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
Getting there
The cottage is in the rural countryside of Ceiba. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is estimated at a 50–60 minute drive, the Fajardo ferry terminal at roughly 15–20 minutes, and El Yunque National Forest at about 20–30 minutes. A car is the most practical way to get around the area.
