Surrounded by palm trees, this two-level beachfront villa has a spacious open-concept common area extending across both sides of the property. Shared terraces and balconies connect the living spaces with the outdoors. The villa runs on 100% solar energy and uses no single-use plastics. Four suites each have a private bathroom and garden or ocean views. Sleeping arrangements include three king beds, two queen beds and two sofa beds; the accommodation text specifies eight adults plus up to four children on daybed-style sofas. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, a swimming pool, BBQ grill, TV, washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping, concierge service and a private chef service are available, with groceries billed separately. Located in a gated community with 24/7 security in Tulum, the villa has a nature path leading directly to a private beach. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided onsite for exploring the bay.
