House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Cancellation receives a full refund at least 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund less than 30 days before check-in.
Getting there
The house is spread over three floors with half floors and has no lift.
