No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. A refundable breakage deposit is required. A booking fee of €150 per booking and the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person apply.

A car is necessary. Pollensa old town is 2.5 km away; Pollensa Bay and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa are around 5 km away.
