House rules
Minimum rental period: 30 days, with exclusive use during the stay. Maximum occupancy is 13 guests, including no more than 10 adults. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A $1,000 electric security deposit is required and is refunded if usage remains within the allowance; maximum included electric usage is $850. Pool heating is optional and carries an additional fee. King conversion for the twin beds in bedrooms 4 and 5 requires prior request.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Waikiki is about a 25-minute drive. The private dock provides direct marina access. Sandy Beach is known for its powerful shore break.
