## About the house

The home offers exclusive use for stays of at least 30 days and accommodates up to 13 guests, including a maximum of 10 adults. Vaulted wood ceilings, wide-plank floors and expansive sliding glass doors connect the great room and multiple living areas to a covered lanai. The dining area has water views.

The renovated kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. The covered lanai provides outdoor dining and a built-in barbecue grill. A curved private pool and spa overlook the marina, with lounge seating and a private dock providing direct water access. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

All five bedrooms have split air conditioning. The primary bedroom has marina views and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower bathroom; bedrooms 4 and 5 share a shower/tub bathroom. A fourth bathroom on the lanai has a shower. The upstairs loft has a desk nook and flexible space for children.

The home includes a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. A garage, parking space, garden, private yard and private entrance are available. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and outdoor lighting. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Hanauma Bay, Makapu‘u Lighthouse Trail and Sandy Beach are nearby attractions. Koko Marina Center is nearby for dining, coffee and everyday essentials; Waikiki is about a 25-minute drive. A car is recommended.
